Siera Legal is an independent boutique law firm providing legal services in Dispute Resolution, Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Family law and Estate Law (non-contentious and contentious).

As a remote and flexible law firm we can work with you to ensure you are not inconvenienced when having to provide instructions. We have full remote accessibility with video conferencing or telephone capabilities. We can also either meet with you at a mutually convenient location or at our offices in either the Perth CBD or Fremantle.

Katherine Sierakowski
Katherine specialises in Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Family Law. Katherine regularly appears in all Western Australian Courts as well as the Federal Court.
​
Katherine graduated from Murdoch University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Mass Communication). She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia in 2012.

Prior to starting Siera Legal Katherine was the managing partner of MGM O’Connor Lawyers and prior to that the director of a boutique mixed practice legal firm for four years.
​
Katherine approaches complex legal matters with a thorough understanding of the commercial world. Katherine has real world business experience in a number of different sectors, including agriculture and family businesses and uses this experience to provide clients with pragmatic and effective advice.

Katherine’s passion is helping her clients to solve their legal problems with a focus on prioritising resolving matters where possible by agreement.
